overall experience with your company was very satisfactory and was what
I expected until I had a small problem with the installation of my product.
That is when things changed! It is not often these days that a company
goes out of its way to see that their customers are happy with the products.
It is really refreshing to deal with people who care. When I tell people
that your representative offered to drive to Lebanon to personally help
with my little problem, they don’t believe me. “How are you doing?” You
don’t need me to tell you that you are doing great. I am sure your business
and profits reflect your excellent service and products. So yes, things
changed. I went from being a satisfied customer to one who cannot believe

contacted the engineering department in regards to the instructions,
they were incomplete and they agreed. I told them to send me a revised
copy, which they didn’t. They didn’t send enough bolts or nuts. The
right door at the bottom was open an inch and no amount of adjusting

| I love the cab for my Cub Cadet and enjoy showing it off when neighbors were walking behind theirs and I was riding high and dry. The cab went together fairly easy with some minor discrepancies in reading of directions. I would buy another if the opportunity should come my way.
