Shipping Policy
We make every attempt to ship our items out as quickly as possible. In the event you have not received your item within 7 to ten business days please contact us so we can check on the shipment. When contacting us about a shipment, always include your full name, date of purchase and item number. This insures a speedy and accurate response.
Most items will ship out the following day.
We insure every shipment. If your item has been damaged in shipment please contact us so we can make arrangements to pick up the damaged item and get a replacement shipped out.
Canadian Shipments - All sales are in US dollars and does not include Duties/Fees. These are the responsibility of the consumer. In the event an order is refused due to these fees, the customer is responsible for all charges incurred in getting the item back to our facility. These fees will be subtracted from the refund provided.
